Suhasini tells Naira to find out the truth. In the precap, Naira tells Suhasini that she has been given painkillers and Vedika has been given just some multivitamin tablets. Suhasini gets emotional and tells that she knew this all is framed by Vedika.
Kartik tells that Vedika is the daughter-in-law of the house and Suhasini should do the rituals with her. Suhasini tells Kartik to get Naira home soon as she wants to do some rituals with her daughter-in-law. Meanwhile, Naira comes to Singhania house, Devyani and Kaveri are shocked to see her there. Kairav sees inside the car and not finding Naira inside asks Kartik where is she?. Manish tells Kartik to call Naira also out. All are shocked to see her as she was supposed to go to the Singhania house. Kartik gets out of the car, behind him Vedika gets down from the car. They see Kartik’s car coming and get ready to welcome Naira with the aarti thali. Kairav on the other side, is getting impatient as to why Naira as not reached home till now. They say that she was not even given glucose after the surgery and the injection was so mild. They were telling that Pallavi is so overprotected towards Vedika that she does not allow anyone to go to her room to check her BP or dress her wounds. Meanwhile, Naira overhears two nurses talking. Pallavi tells the nurse that she will take care of it and orders her to leave the room. The nurse tells that she has to make discharge papers so she took the file. Seeing Vedika’s file in the nurse’s hand Pallavi berates her and asks who told her to touch the file. Pallavi tells Vedika to take care, just then a nurse comes in with Vedika’s file. Naira is excited as she will going home after so long. In the hospital, Kartik prays to God and tells to give him courage so that he can tell Naira the truth.
Swarna tells Suhasini that Kartik must be so troubled as he has to take care of both Naira and Vedika.
